Villa Gemma is a cozy modern villa perfect for a sea holiday in Sicily. The turquoise water and the sandy beach of Punta Secca is just down the road only 70 meters far from the house and just 5 km from Marina di Ragusa.

Characterized by a lighthouse and a small tourist harbor, Punta Secca, a hamlet of Santa Croce Camarina, has become well known in Italy and abroad thanks to the successful RAI television series "Inspector Montalbano" based on the novels by the famous Sicilian writer Andrea Camilleri.

The main house consists of 2 levels: the major one has a open living-dining room area with a sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower and the upper level has 3 double bedrooms and another complete bathroom with shower. Its annexe has its own living room area with a comfortable sofabed for two, a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The villas sleeping up to 10 people all together.

The houses are equipped with an extensive range of quality amenities including a washing machine, air conditioning, internet wi-fi, bed linen and towels kit.

Outside it's possible to have some fun and relax in the garden and on a bright and spacious veranda (about 50 meters) with summer furniture and an outside shower and awnings from the sun. It's perfect for dining thanks to the BBQ area.

The gem of the houses is for sure the jacuzzi on the top terrace perfect to take sunbathing and a restful break.
