A. You can book the Villa by contacting us on our site by the dedicated form or writing a mail to info@suntripsicily.com
Once you contact us, we’ll give you all the details you need to complete the booking.
A. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you detailed indications and google maps coordinates for you to use once you arrive in Sicily. Should you have any problem you can call us at the number we will give you in the same Confirmation Mail.
You will find Alessandra or Giovanni waiting for you inside the villa, you’ll be introduced to it and you will receive your keys.
In case of direct booking we will close the balance at your arrive so you will have nothing to worry about for the rest of your vacation!
A. Check-in is possible from 2.30 pm on the first day of your stay.
We will ask you details about your arrival time (such as your flight number) to perfectly arrange your check-in (we don’t live in the properties so we need to know the estimated time of you arrival).
Should you be delayed on the day of arrival, please let us know.
We would be grateful if you could let us know if you plan to do some shopping/sightseeing, on the way so that we can ensure someone will be at the villa to welcome you at an agreed time.
A. Our check-out time is before 10.30am, so that we can have time to clean the house and prepare it for the next guests.
If there are no other guests arriving that day it is generally possible to check-out later.
A. Most of our villas are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. There may be some flexibility in this regard the mid and low season. If you prefer to travel mid-week or less than 7 days, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
A. Our Customer Care Services is always active for you: you will have phone numbers of Giovanni and Alessandra- just send a whatsapp or call them and they will promptly help you!

A. All our villas are arranged for you with a “welcome pack” - You will find some pasta, sauce and other goods to cook, as well as snacks and juices for you to enjoy!
A. We sometimes let our guests organize some parties or can help them organize it. We discuss from time to time the possibility to make it.
A. Electricity in Italy is 220v. If you have an appliance which only works at 110v (US voltage) you should bring a voltage converter with you as they are difficult to find in Italy. You will also need a universal plug adaptor as Italy's sockets are designed for 2 round-pronged plugs.
A. If you have a GSM cell phone, it should work in Europe. We do recommend you talk to your network provider or local cellphone retailer.
A. All our villas will be clean when you check-in. If you are staying two or more weeks you can also have a clean and change of bed linen/towels at a very convenient price every 7 days. Please notice that Villa Casale della Quercia has a cleaning services every 2 days INCLUDED.
A. Villas and their furnishings will be sanitized at every guest change.
For the disinfection and sanitization procedures, will be used technologies approved by WHO and ISS (Italian National Institute of Health), to sterilize the environments from viruses and bacteria throughout the facility (rooms, sofas, chairs, beds etc.).
Bed linen and towels will arrive in the facility with strict certificates of competence that follow the the WHO and the ISS (Italian National Institute of Health) guidelines
Protection devices are provided to all our staff members
A. The use of a mask in Italy is mandatory: in public places indoor and in all outdoor places, except where a distance between non-cohabiting people is guaranteeed. Masks are not mandatory for people taking part in sporting activities, children under six years of age, people with pathologies or disabilities.
